It took Samuel and Nathaniel Buck more than thirty-two years to complete this series of persective views of cities and chief towns in England and Wales, which were originally published in the 1770s. Most images are 840mm x 330mm on cream coloured paper. |

 | Charles Traylen, during the accumulation of book publishing rights for his antiquarian bookshop at Castle House, bought the original plates from which the 1770s collection was published and used them to reprint the maps in the 1960s.
